Orders placed on us.passportal.com are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 5 pm and are shipped within 3 business days from when the order is placed. This does not take into account pending payment authorisation and verification. us.passportal.com must be notified of any issue with delivery within 20 days of the parcel being dispatched. us.passportal.com is not held responsible for any parcel that is left at a premises once delivered.

 

Passportal.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard & American Express. In addition, we also accept payment via PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address. Passportal.com also offers payment via After Pay.

FRAUD PROTECTION

Once an order is processed, we reserve the right to request from the customer an email of a scan or photo of a government-issued photo ID and the front and back of your credit card. If we deem this satisfactory, your order will be processed.
